The badge above is served live by FraudBrain and reflects the same status. When monitoring is not active, FraudBrain serves the badge dark the next time it is loaded; a copied or captured image is not a current badge.
What the badge means
The "Monitored by FraudBrain" badge means that FraudBrain monitoring is active for the legal entity and defined scope shown on the Verification Page, as of the timestamp displayed there. The badge is not a certification, audit, endorsement, vetting, insurance product, or guarantee. It does not mean that fraud is absent, that fraud will be prevented, or that fraud will be detected.
FraudBrain surfaces and ranks. It does not adjudicate fraud, approve or terminate producers, or replace the judgment, compliance controls, investigations or decisions of the organization or platform operator named on this page. Scores advise. People decide.
Scope
Monitoring status applies to the book of business the organization or platform operator has registered with FraudBrain: the producers, applications and policies inside that registered book, and nothing outside it. It says nothing about any other entity, producer, account or transaction.
How to read the status
Monitoring active means FraudBrain monitoring was running for that registered book when this page was checked. Monitoring not active means it was not running at that moment. A status change is a neutral fact about the monitoring relationship. It is not a finding about the organization or platform operator, its producers or its conduct.
A link that is not on record shows no organization or platform at all. The badge is served live from FraudBrain and is served dark when monitoring is not active, so a copied or captured image is not a current badge.
Disputing what this page shows
An organization or platform operator that believes the name, status or timestamp shown here is inaccurate can tell us through the contact form with "badge status" in the note, the correction it proposes and the reason. A human reads every request. While a dispute is under review the page keeps showing what our records show.
