Effective August 31, 2026. This page covers the fraudbrain.ai website. The FraudBrain product itself is governed by each customer's data-access agreement, which is the stronger and more specific document.
The access-request form. If you request access we collect what you type: name, organization, work email, the role you select, and your optional note. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose. It is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and read by a human.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interaction patterns including scrolling and clicks. Clarity may capture session replays of visits to this website. These tools use cookies or similar technologies. Their handling of data is described in Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, to improve the site. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operations.
Access-request submissions are kept while relevant to a business conversation. Analytics data is retained per the defaults of the tools named above. You can block analytics with standard browser controls or extensions and the site keeps working.
